It sounds and plays better than any Fender I’ve ever touched. One was my $8500 Alembic and the other was my new Glarry bass. I must admit that the Alembic does have a more intense sound but the Glarry bass is just as comfortable to play and gave me all that I could ever hope for in a bass costing 5 times as much as the 120 bucks that I spent. If anyone is interested in a real bass on a budget this is hands down one of the most amazing basses on the market. To say that I would recommend this company to anybody would be an understatement. Intonation is slightly off on a few strings, but WAY off on the lower E string. Pickup is microphonic so it feeds back pretty quick, but tone controls are very effective.
